Your Chance at On
During the three unforgettable years you get to spend at On, you will get the chance to see and experience uncountable things. You are a part of the team and will take over your own projects and tasks. Whether it’s planning your own events or interacting with customers, you will get the chance to learn new things every day. As an Apprentice you are able to contribute a lot and bring your thoughts to life. In the span of three years, you get an opportunity to look into six different departments. Starting in the Customer Service, where you learn a lot about our products and how to communicate with internal and external customers, continued by four further interesting departments, including Finance and Talent, where you get the opportunity to take over a lot of responsibilities.

What experiences have you gained from this apprenticeship?
“Throughout this apprenticeship, I’ve learned how to approach problems with a clear mindset. Finding a structure that works for me—whether it’s organizing tasks, setting priorities, or tackling challenges—has been a major learning experience. I’ve become more confident in navigating complex situations, asking the right questions, and finding solutions independently. These skills have not only helped me in my daily work but will definitely stay with me in any future role I take on.”

What distinguishes the apprenticeship at On for you?
My time as an apprentice at On has been incredibly impactful, largely thanks to its dynamic flexibility and continuous opportunities for growth. It's an environment where you're actively encouraged to engage with a wide spectrum of experiences and collaborate with individuals.
