Are you passionate about design and ready to shape the visual world around you? Join On as a Graphic Design Apprentice in Zürich and become part of our Creative Studio – the largest in-house agency in Switzerland with over 80 talented creatives. We welcome applications from athletes and individuals pursuing a vocational baccalaureate (BM).
During your apprenticeship, you’ll work on exciting projects that make an impact: from brand campaigns and digital assets to packaging and environmental graphics. Gain hands-on experience while actively shaping the visual identity of On.
You won’t just observe—you will create, contribute, and bring your ideas to life. While the core focus is within the Creative Studio, there are opportunities to rotate into UX/UI and Production, giving you a broader understanding of design in a dynamic, multi-channel environment.
Insights into an Apprenticeship at On
