As On is an international company, the language we mostly speak is English. Therefore the school subject English is important for us. We ask you to send your school certificate, however your personality has a greater significance for us. We expect you to be proactive and interested in sports.

After we receive your application, you'll create a video to impress us. The process continues with an online interview and an Assessment Day, where we'll get to know each other better.
